I love food, all kinds of food. I love veggies, snack foods, chocolate, pasta, and up until a few months ago meat. This summer my family and I stared being weekday vegetarians. It sounds weird I know but all it is is a person who only eats meat on the weekends. We decided to start weekday vegetarianism after learning about the environmental impact of meat production (and yes we are a bunch of hippies). It was not as hard as I first imagined it would be. Instead of being limited I've actually been opened up to a whole new genre of food. From tofu to black bean burgers, its a whole new and excited food group for me to explore and I cannot wait. :)
